Flight crew was amazing, but I've had an open case with them for over 2 months and there hasn't been any updates or resolution to the issue.

My flight back home from Europe to USA was cancelled about 12 hours before departure. Their rebooking options would have me back in Chicago about 18 hours past my connecting flight. I filed a claim for a refund, but it has been over 3 months now and ZERO response from their customer service. I would not recommend this airline and will not fly with them again. They do have good food though.

What a mixed experience. We flew business class from LAX to LHR and from LHR to ATH. One was five star, one was one star. Guess which one? LAX, the one world lounge was great for showers, drinks and a really nice buffet, the pods and service on the flight were five star. Heathrow was a pit, the lounge was overcrowded, the lounge was dingy and dirty, the plane to ATH in business wasn't business really. They blocked off the middle seat so no additional legroom over coach. Big deal. Bathroom in "first class" was the grossest one I have ever been in. Plane was probably 50 years old. A total disappointment from an airline that used to be one of the best.

Avoid if you can. My friend has two luggages. They said the bigger one is overweight by about 1kg, while the other smaller one is under weight. We had to open both luggages and reshuffle things on the floor to get both luggages under weight so that the staff let my friend check in. Terrible staff and service.
