Zero rating. Driver had my food for an hour. Not moving. Clearly visiting someone. App showed him at some private residence for over 50 minutes. Skip did nothing. Said I could cancel order without refund as delivery had commenced. Um… ya AN HOUR AGO. POS service. Lost a client.
