Slow car service at times, had one last month incident of ordering a coconut milkshake, waiting 30 minutes and not receiving my order, when I asked about it the staff didn’t even punch my order and weren’t aware of it even tho I paid by card first. When I showed them the transaction they accused me of finishing the drink and lying to them.

To avoid situations like this in the future I think it makes sense you let the customer pay after he/she has received their item !!
