Shelby is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. When I first spoke to her about my procedure, she explained everything, which eased my anxiety about my upcoming appointment. During my first appointment, Shelby did everything to help me feel comfortable, making my overall experience with Shelby absolutely fantastic, and I have been so happy with my results.
Shelby has also been instrumental in helping me improve my skin (dryness, dark spots, acne, etc). She really takes the time to listen, and educate her clients. (She’s not just selling you product to sell you product)
