Traveling with a stroller and baby (that can’t go in a car), was denied service. Turns out the ferry caps the number of people on it and they wouldn’t let me on. Captain and staff were rude and let others on (despite me raising my issue) when there was still space left, even though I could not physically take an Uber or taxi as an alternative. Awful experience. Disorganized. No line management. Will never do it again.
