Armen Sukias

One of the early shopping centers on Jumeirah road, it has its customers however I believe it has lost its glory due to the lack of updating the mall in terms of design and getting new shopping ideas and more trendy ones to attract more customers , or at least not to lose the old ones.

Its historic place , beautifully designed, surrounded my real classy buildings, however the exit from the metro station till the square is filled with terrible bad quality shops, the square is dead, the fountains not working. And the entire thing needs proper attention from the municipality.
If they open some hotels, restaurants and cafes, it can be really good tourist attraction
