What a great experience at the zoo. A Great add on. A little difficult finding it as it's not really inside the zoo you actually have to exit the park and cross a small pathway. The staff was friendly from beginning to the end. I didn't get on as I was cheering my kids so I got to see them in action. witnessed a sweet moment with the gentleman at the first zip giving a encouraging pep talk to a young boy that was nervous and started crying. Kudos for the staff made my day.
